KLA offers you much more than routine billing services. All of the services listed below - in addition to our extensive expertise - are available to you for a fixed percentage of collections. You are charged only for what we collect ... not what is billed. Nickels and dimes add up and KLA will never charge you more than the standard fee for standard services. So you won�t ever be surprised by a bill for clearinghouse services or for envelopes and postage.

• Input and tracking of charges
• Claim auditing w/multiple prepayment screening programs
• Electronic claim filing
• Posting deposits
• Research of denials and unpaid claims
• Preparation/mailing of 3 private pay bills per visit per patient

Customized Services Available

Sometimes, because of the comprehensive database we have, clients have asked us to perform services not related to billing and collections. Non related services will be quoted and agreed to in advance. Some examples of the additional services clients have requested are:

• Preparing custom letters to patients, based on diagnosis, to inform them of new treatment options
• Printing patient labels and mailing holiday greeting cards
• Tracking patient birthdays and sending out birthday cards
