KLA offers our clients a guarantee of satisfaction. 

We are unique in that we want to give our clients complete freedom to leave if they are unhappy with our services in any way. Our contracts require only a thirty day cancellation clause. We only ask that we be given the option to collect on the claims we have already filed for up to ninety days after termination.
